We're looking for coaches who walk alongside people
Earners Academy coaches help individuals, families, and teams move from financial stress to real confidence through clear plans, genuine encouragement, and trusted relationships.
This is an independent contractor role. Backgrounds in coaching, teaching, banking, or financial services translate well. Credentials are a plus, but not required. All coaches complete the EA Coaching Certification during onboarding.

Cameron Rice is a nationally respected financial coach, educator and consultant, who has helped hundreds of everyday earners break the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle and finally feel confident with their money.
With nearly a decade of experience in economic development and over $600M in commercial real estate projects under his belt, Cameron brings both street-level budgeting skills and high-level financial strategy to the table.
Through Earners Academy, he’s on a mission to simplify personal finance and give people the tools they never got in school using plain language, proven systems, and zero judgment.
