Circle.co — our community and coaching platform, used to deliver program content and facilitate client community spaces
Monday.com — our internal client relationship management (CRM) and operations system
OpenPhone — our coach-to-client communication platform for calls and text messages
Relay Bank — our business banking platform, used for payment processing and financial operations
Our payment processor — used to securely process card and bank payments (we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems)
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy, our clients, or others.
If Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
4. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING COMMUNICATIONS
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or message data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers (e.g., carriers, messaging platforms) to operate our SMS program. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. 5. CORPORATE AND CHURCH PARTNERSHIP CLIENTS
If you participate in our services through a corporate wellness partnership (for example, through your employer) or a church partnership, your employer or church partner may receive limited participation information (such as enrollment status or completion of a program) but will not receive the details of your individual coaching sessions or financial information you share with your coach, unless you separately authorize that disclosure.
6. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes relying on reputable third-party platforms (listed above) that maintain their own security standards. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. If you end your relationship with Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy, we may retain limited records (such as payment history) as required by law or standard business recordkeeping practices.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated Policy on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
