These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the coaching, educational, corporate wellness, church partnership, and media services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy and Mission 3:10 (“Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Huntsville, Alabama. By enrolling in a program, purchasing a service, attending an event, or otherwise using our Services, you (“you” or “Client”) agree to these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy provides financial coaching and financial literacy education, delivered through individual coaching, corporate seat-licensed programs, church partnership programs, and related workshops, media, and content. Our signature curriculum includes the Smart Seven Budget System and Finance in Five program. Services may be delivered in person, virtually, or through our online community and communication platforms.

2. NOT LICENSED FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE
Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy provides financial coaching and education for general informational purposes. Our coaches are not licensed financial advisors, investment advisors, attorneys, accountants, or tax professionals unless separately and specifically disclosed to you. Nothing provided through our Services constitutes personalized investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making financial, legal, tax, or investment decisions. Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy is not responsible for financial outcomes resulting from your independent decisions.

3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our Services. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization (such as a corporate wellness partnership or church partnership), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT
• Fees for individual coaching, corporate seat licenses, and church partnership programs are as set out in your enrollment agreement, invoice, or order form.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees due.
• Corporate and church partnership agreements may include annual pricing, multi-year terms, and scheduled price adjustments as specified in your partnership agreement.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access to coaching, community platforms, or program materials until payment is resolved.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund terms will be set out in your specific enrollment agreement or order form at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, fees paid for coaching sessions, workshops, or programs are non-refundable once services have begun, but we will work in good faith to reschedule missed sessions with reasonable notice.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for your coach to assist you.
• Use our community platforms, communication tools, and materials for their intended purpose.
• Treat coaches, staff, and other clients or community members with respect.
• Not record, reproduce, or redistribute coaching sessions or program materials without our written permission.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All curriculum, coaching materials, branding, videos, and other content provided as part of our Services (including the Smart Seven Budget System, Finance in Five materials, and Green Room content) are the property of Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy and Mission 3:10 or our licensors. You may use these materials for your personal or internal organizational benefit while enrolled in our Services, but you may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

8. CORPORATE AND CHURCH PARTNERSHIP TERMS
Corporate wellness partners and church partners license a set number of participant “seats” under the terms of a separate partnership agreement. Individual participants using seats provided by a corporate or church partner are also bound by these Terms. Partnership-level terms (pricing, seat counts, renewal, and termination) are governed by the applicable partnership agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

9. MEDIA AND CONTENT APPEARANCES
If you participate in recorded content, interviews, testimonials, or events (including The Green Room or similar media), you grant Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy permission to record, edit, and use your likeness, voice, and statements in our marketing and media, unless you have a separate written agreement stating otherwise.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, result, or level of debt reduction, savings, or income change. Financial coaching results depend on your individual circumstances and actions, and past client outcomes are not a guarantee of your results.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy and Mission 3:10, and our owners, employees, coaches, and contractors, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Inner Circle Community DBA Earners Academy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

13. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or engage in conduct harmful to our staff, coaches, or other clients. You may discontinue use of our Services at any time, subject to any enrollment agreement or partnership agreement terms regarding cancellation.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
